Never forget Luc Bourdon

Holidays, days of reflection. Luc was too young to go.

Luc Bourdon died on May 21, 2009 at the age of 21 near his hometown of Shippagan, New Brunswick, when his motorcycle collided with a tractor trailer. With his smile he'll be kept in our memories.

Shewfelt eliminated!

Another hottie we won't see again in Beijing: Olympic champion Kyle Shewfelt was disappointed with the score of 15.525 the judges gave him for his floor routine that left him 11th and short of the final – the event in which he was trying to defend his Olympic title. And the 26-year-old from Calgary was knocked out of the final in the vault after placing ninth with a score of 16.350. A couple of fare-well pics for us:
